Initial Project Support Phase

Initial Project Support basically reviews all elements of the project for successful operation and maintenance of a facility, including:

  • Project design review and validation
  • P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) analysis
  • O&M manuals development and review
  • Initial critical spares recommendation
  • Safety and environmental laws and guidelines compliance
  • Operational procedure development

Mobilization Phase
